Clockwork Venue helps adult clubs run the full shift from one connected system. It keeps stage rotation, entertainer status, dances, VIP rooms, champagne rooms, house fees, checkout, staff roles, dressing-room monitors, and shift reports synced in real time.
Join the Clockwork Venue Discord support channel at https://discord.gg/UggkWGdcW. It is the main place to ask setup questions, get troubleshooting help, report issues, and talk through how to work the software into your club. Pro tier subscribers also get 24/7 phone support.
No. Stage rotation is a major part of the system, and it can be run from the DJ booth or by a floor host on the floor. Clockwork Venue also includes a dedicated house mom view for entertainer check-in and house fees, room and dance tracking, manager checkout approvals, dressing-room monitor visibility, and end-of-shift reports without relying on paper slips.
The dedicated house mom screen connects to the roster, adds entertainers to the shift, assigns house fees, and shows who has been approved by management to leave during checkout.
Clockwork Venue is designed to work alongside your existing POS system like ClubTrax. Both systems run independently in parallel - use ClubTrax for payments and Clockwork Venue for rotation and stage management. Export shift data from Clockwork Venue for reconciliation with your POS reports.
Clockwork Venue is for the staff who keep the rotation and club running: DJs, floor hosts, house moms, door staff, VIP hosts, managers, and anyone involved in floor operations. It is not meant to replace bar or waitress workflows.
Live colors show each entertainer's status in real time across DJ, floor, house mom, and monitor views. Standard status colors stay consistent for common states like available, dance, champagne, and checkout. VIP room colors are customizable, so rooms can match your club's themes and staff can see who is in which room without guessing.
Yes. Host Control is a setting you can turn on or off. If it is off, the DJ runs the rotation from the booth like normal. If it is on, a floor host can run the rotation from the floor while the DJ and the rest of the team stay synced.
Up to 10 stages. It can split the rotation as the roster grows, and staff can still move names manually when needed.
Yes. Clockwork Venue tracks the night's activity, including dances, rooms, check-in times, checkout times, and shift details. You can print reports to a networked printer or export CSV files for club analytics on your PC, including spreadsheet review or AI-assisted comparisons between nights.
Clockwork Venue runs on devices with a modern web browser, from a MacBook Pro to a Fire Stick connected to a monitor. It is designed for tablets, laptops, desktop screens, and monitor displays rather than phone-first operation.
Live sync requires connectivity. It runs on WiFi or cellular. If a device loses signal it continues to show the last loaded rotation and reconnects automatically when service comes back.
Setup starts with a real club workspace. The owner-manager creates the account, completes checkout, opens the Manager Dashboard, invites staff by email, assigns roles, and starts running real shifts during the 60-day trial.
A credit card is required because the trial creates a real club ID and operating environment for your venue, including staff invites, user logins, and role-based access. The first 60 days are free. If you keep Clockwork Venue after the trial, you are charged for the pricing plan you choose.
Yes. Owner-managers can invite staff by email and assign roles based on each person's position in the club. Each user creates their own password and logs in with permissions for their role.
The Manager Dashboard is where owner-managers create the club workspace, invite staff, assign roles, manage users, and handle subscription and billing.
No. Clockwork Venue supports the DJ and staff by giving everyone a shared live view of the floor. The DJ still controls the stage flow, but the team has better information about who is available, busy, in a room, or ready for stage.
